A bit about me..

Hi, I'm Stevie Gilmour.

I’m a proud family man, husband to Gemma, and dad to Sam, Ellie, and Harris. My 43 years have been defined by a deep passion for sport and a commitment to helping others succeed.

As a youth international cricketer with a brief senior playing career, I’ve experienced firsthand the highs and lows of striving for high performance. More recently, as a consultant coach for the Scotland Men’s team, I’ve felt the incredible thrill of helping players succeed on the global stage.

​

My journey hasn’t just been on the field! I’ve earned a master’s degree in performance psychology, become a master practitioner in NLP for sport, and trained as an advanced breathing instructor to optimise the mind and body. These skills allow me to guide others to enhance focus, build resilience, improve physical and mental well-being, helping you perform at your potential whether it is in sport, business or life.
